Got help from a friend to cut the Oregon pine beams. I prepared the cutlist previously based on the plans and resources provided by Serge Pennec in the documentation. It took roughly 4 hours, including the trip back and forth to the workshop.

In hindsight, I should probably have made fewer cuts on the table saw and left more beams to cut myself on the band saw. It would have been sufficient to have one straight edge as a reference and finish the rest on the planer.
The large table saw ate away 4 mm per cut which adds up to quite a lot of material.
