2.0 mm Plywood Cutlist (4 hours)

2025-05-27

Today I started thinking about how to approach cutting pieces from the plywood I have in stock. I have ordered enough for the entire aircraft in principle, but I want to avoid starting to use material and potentially wasting a lot of it — especially since some parts have large dimensions and require a specific fibre orientation.

So I prepared a cutlist for the 2.0 mm plywood sheets. I had ordered five sheets and I believe that is plenty. The only thing not yet on the cutlist are the parts needed for skinning the fuselage.

This is very much a living document, some mistakes are inevitable and the file will be adapted accordingly.
