Went a second time to my friends workshop and we made a batch of bulkhead corners in Okoume. The last time, we made the C1, C2 and C3 corners in marine birch which turned out way too heavy. This time we used the 18 mm Okoume plywood.

Also, we made the missing center piece for C4. I forgot to add that to the dxf file last time.

Now, the weight are acceptable. Note: the weights are given for both corners!
