Since I got a new plane that I wanted to test, I used the evening to take my two 32x23 oregon pine beams and prepared the main beams for the spar of the horizontal stabilizer.
The spar is made of two beams that are glued on plywood. The two beams are tapered toward the outside in both dimensions. Later, the beams are reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber on the top-center section. Roughtly from the center up to 425 mm from the center line.

First, I roughly cut the beams on the bandsaw to approximate dimensions. Then, the beams were slowly planed to their final dimension.
